Q: Is there a catch to your month-to-month agreement?

1. No. I’m not going to ask you to sign a contract. Ever. There is no obligation of any kind. You pay for one month of service and get to decide if you pay for the next month. This isn’t some gimmick. It’s the foundation of my company. If I don’t meet your expectations, you are free to walk away. I’m confident that I can continue to earn your business each and every month.

Q: What if I want to cancel?

1. I just ask for 5 days notice for you to cancel. You can call, text, or send me an email. If you choose to cancel by text or email, I will reply back and confirm the cancellation. I will never try to talk you into keeping the service. The only thing I will ever ask is the reason for the cancellation. This feedback will help me improve.

Q: Are there any hidden fees? Setup fees? Onboarding fees?

1. No. I have no hidden fees. The only things you will pay for outside of my monthly retainer is website hosting and a paid advertising budget. But you will only pay these if you choose to have a website or run paid ads. The price we agree on is the price you pay. I don’t have setup fees. I don’t charge you an onboarding fee. And building a website for you is included. I don’t charge you for reports or for our phone calls. It’s all just part of the job. I’m not your average marketing agency Georgia offers with a hundred different line items. I keep it simple. You pay one flat price. I do the work.

Q: What can I expect when I call you?

1. You can expect me to listen to your needs. I’m not going to start a 20-minute pitch. I’m just going to ask you to tell me about your business. What’s working? What’s not? What’s frustrating you? After I ask you some important questions, I will tell you what I can do, and we will see if that meets your needs. If it doesn’t, I will never try to pressure you into paying us. The call will end with me offering you my First 2 Weeks FREE. I’ll look at your online presence and tell you what’s broken and what’s not. You can have that report for free, with no strings attached. It’s my way of proving I know what I’m doing before you ever pay me a dime.

Q: I see you only do a few things. Why don’t you do Social media?

1. Social media is not the best place for most businesses to advertise. The majority of businesses need a strong presence in Google, lots of reviews, a good, fast website, and answers to their customer’s questions (SEO content). I’m not going to sell you a bunch of fluff you don’t need, and I’m not going to put my focus on social media when it doesn’t provide new customers. I’m not the biggest marketing agency Georgia has to offer. I strive to be the most effective.

Q: What makes you different from other agencies?

1. Other agencies will get you into a contract and then do some work for you. You will most likely see the quality degrade over time. I do not do that because I have set up my business model so that I have to perform. If I don’t meet your expectations, you can walk away. The “no contract” rule is your protection. If I disappear, you stop paying me. Simple as that.

I’m also local. I’m the guy on the other end of the phone. You’re not getting passed off to a “junior account manager” in another state. You’re dealing with me. I’m the marketing agency Georgia business owners call when they’re tired of being a number. My reputation is my business.

Q: What if I’m not a “computer person”? Will this be too complicated?

1. No. That’s my whole job. You’re the expert at your business. You only need to know your business needs. I will take care of the rest. If I need you to do anything on the computer like giving me access to your Google Business Profile, I will very clearly walk you through the steps. 

I do my best to explain what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. I can explain as little or as much as you need. My background is in taking very complex systems and making them simple. You just focus on running your business. I’ll handle this.
